Yes, in order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% can be paid after the photoshoot is completed. We will only deliver the edited photos once the remaining 50% is paid.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can find an alternative indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event where you wish to reschedule due to bad weather, please inform us at least 2 hours before the photoshoot.

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

Any out-of-pocket expenses, such as personal food and drinks, parking fees on the event date. Additionally, any extra services requested beyond the agreed package will be charged separately.

We may use photos captured during your event for marketing and promotional purposes. This will help us to showcase our work to potential clients. We respect your privacy and preferences. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your images, do let us know and we will take decisive action respectfully.
